The Process
We go deep. A thorough 1:1 assessment to identify exactly where your performance is leaking across energy, state control, physical readiness, and daily rhythm. Your baseline is tested and you experience your first precision tool on the call itself.
A dedicated call to walk through your findings together. Your pattern explained, your baseline discussed, every question answered. You leave knowing exactly what is happening in your system and why, and what we are going to do about it.
Within 48 hours of the Precision Review: your full written performance architecture, a recap video, and your Week 1 tools with exact schedule anchors. At any point in the program, you are only running 2 to 3 adjustments, not 10 new habits. That is why this actually sticks.
Two weeks in, if you need it, we have a short check-in to refine anything that needs adjusting early. Not mandatory, but available if the situation calls for it. Most of the real-time support between calls happens through WhatsApp.
At the halfway mark we review what has shifted, expand what is working, and open Phase 2 of the program. This is where the compounding begins.

One of the most valuable parts of this program is being able to see your results, not just feel them. An Oura Ring or Whoop is required as part of this program. Both are purchased on your own before we start. Having objective data on your sleep, recovery, and readiness each day is what allows us to make precise adjustments rather than educated guesses. By Day 60 you will see the shift clearly in the data, not just feel it.
These devices give us real data on your sleep quality, heart rate variability, recovery, and readiness each day. That means we are adjusting your system based on what your body is actually doing, not what it seems like it is doing. By Day 60, you will have a clear before and after picture across every metric that matters.

I have been obsessed with performance since I was 14. Cooking my own meals, tracking everything, studying nutrition when it wasn't even on most kids' radar. Not because someone told me to. Because I couldn't stand leaving anything on the table.
At 19 I flew across the country to train at one of the most competitive powerlifting environments in the world. I had won a world championship in my division as a teenager, and by 19 I was hitting a 605lb squat and a 615lb deadlift in the gym. Years later, in 2017, I won a world championship in kettlebell sport. Across those years I made a point of seeking out the best minds in the world, across every discipline that touches high performance.
But the most important thing I learned had nothing to do with how much I could lift. Injuries forced me to look deeper. Gut health, hormonal stress, HRV, nervous system load. I had to understand all of it because I refused to peak once and burn out. I wanted to keep showing up at that level, not just in training but as a father, a husband, and in everything I do. How you do things matters as much as what you do. Very few coaches were saying that then. Not many still are.

How much time does this actually take each day?
In the first 30 days, nothing more than around 5 minutes per day. And because everything is anchored into what you are already doing, it's barely noticeable as something extra. We don't add to your plate. Adding something to the calendar isn't how problems get solved at your level. We work inside the schedule you are already running and make what's there work better.
Does this work if I travel constantly?
Yes, and travel is one of the specific things we build around. Your system is designed for your actual life, including the weeks where you are on the road, across time zones, or running a packed conference schedule. One of the most common results clients report is that travel stops knocking them off their rhythm entirely.
Is this done in person or remotely?
Fully remote. Everything runs through the intake call, the scheduled calls, direct WhatsApp access, and your weekly check-in forms. Clients are based all over the country. There is nothing that requires you to be in the same location.
Do I need to get an Oura Ring or Whoop?
Yes. An Oura Ring or Whoop is required as part of this program. Both are purchased on your own before we start, and neither is expensive relative to the investment you are making. The data they provide is what allows us to move from opinion to precision. Without it, we are adjusting based on how you feel. With it, we are adjusting based on what your body is actually doing. I'll send you a link to the right option and help you get set up before the intake call.
